Summary

Today's solve was interesting.

I messed up the cross VERY badly. I'm talking about spending an entire fifth of my final time just for that first step. Additionally, I got one of the 2 look OLL shapes I studied, but unsurprisingly, I forgot it too.

However, even with all those mistakes, my solve time was only slower by a couple of seconds (44.49) compared to yesterday, which is pretty remarkable. This means that everything else was considerably more efficient.

I think for tomorrow, and probably for the rest of this week, I'm going to keep at it with these new algorithms. If I manage to get these down, then I'll have basic CFOP down. With consistency, I'm imagining that I'll be able to reach sub30 second times pretty consistently...
